BL**DY HELL - period pain relief essential oil blend

A 10ml bottle of blended pure essential oils to help with the painful cramps and sore tummies that can accompany your period.

The blend includes Rosemary, Lavender, Geranium, Clary Sage and Clove essential oil and the bottle comes complete with a printed information leaflet with our recommended instructions on how to use the oil which include: 1) applying a hot compress to the tummy area (SO nice and comforting) and 2) blending your own gentle tummy massage oil.

The oils in the blend are known analgesics and Geranium and Clary Sage are hormone balancing oils, which can over time help regulate and dampen down heavy flow.

Our favourite use is the hot compress.  Easy to do once you get your head around it and so soothing.
